Lilly’s Floral delivers only to Branson, Branson West, and Hollister, MO.

The cost of delivery to these areas is $10. As a service to our customers, there is no delivery fee to hospitals or funeral homes.

Any order submitted online by Noon, CST, will be sent out the same day. Orders placed after Noon, CST, will be sent out the following morning. Please note there are no Sunday deliveries. Any order received after Noon on Saturday or on Sunday will deliver on Monday. We cannot ensure delivery for a particular time of day.

Flowers

Sometimes it happens. Maybe weather impacted the availability of a particular flower. Perhaps our supplier was late with a shipment. Whatever the reason, if we must substitute a particular flower in a featured mixed floral arrangement, know we will do so with utmost care so that the beauty and value of your arrangement is not compromised. For single flower arrangements, such as roses, we will make every effort to match the flower type but may substitute with another color. Vases used may not be identical but will be similar.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the world. The same variety of flowers may vary in color from week to week due to the weather in which it is grown. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. If this is unacceptable, please give our designers a call and we can let you know exactly the flowers we have in stock today.

Plants

Seasonal availability may impact the plants used for a particular arrangement but they will always be vibrant and healthy. We will do our best to match the general look of the featured arrangement. Plant containers used for online orders may not be exact but will be similar in nature.

Gifts

We will do our best to keep all the featured items in stock and available at all times but should the unexpected happen we will substitute with a similar item of equal or greater value.
